Flickr Updates – Italy

I haven’t been feeling well the past few days so I finally got around to uploading the photos from my wife and my trip to Italy in the spring of 2006 to my Flickr account. Doing so I finally ran into the limitations of my free account, namely only displaying the most recent 200 photos, limited upload bandwith, and a limit of 3 photo sets. While this isn’t a real big deal as I don’t post photos very often to Flickr, It’d be nice to use this powerful photo sharing site without the need to dish out $25 bucks to upgrade.

I know there are plenty of free online photo sharing sites – maybe this will be the push to make me go check some of those out, anyone know of some good ones? Hitting the free account barriers kind of frustrates me as I just recently discovered the wonders of DestroyFlickr with Adobe Air (post to come in a few moments).

  1. I use Picasa Web Albums. Not as fancy as Flickr but you do get a gig of space free and all your photos are visible (if you want them to be). They catching up on features with the other sites.
